Mineral Commodity Summaries is USGS's annual assessment of the supply of and demand for roughly 90 mineral commodities, covering both the United States and the rest of the world. It is the standard public reference for national-level mineral reserve estimates, published every year in January with periodic revisions.
What's Imported
This site imports country-level reserve quantity, and prior-year production, and USGS's own reported global reserve-share and production-share percentages, for every metal/country combination the report provides — nothing is estimated or interpolated beyond what USGS itself publishes.
